The Mission
The mission of Restoration Therapy, LLC is to provide a compassionate, client-centered space where individuals can explore their inner world, heal emotional wounds, and navigate life’s challenges with resilience. Through personalized, evidence-based care, the goal is to empower each client to grow, reconnect, and move toward a more peaceful and authentic life.
ABOUT ME:
Craig McKibben, LMSW
As a quiet teenager, taking the first step toward wellness by starting therapy was a leap of faith. Fortunately, I connected with a therapist who truly understood me — and that experience became a turning point in my life. It was through that transformative relationship that I realized my calling: to help others experience the same sense of healing, support, and growth that I did.
Today, I approach therapy with compassion, collaboration, and flexibility, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), among others.
My goal is to create a safe, empowering space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they work toward meaningful change. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my nieces and nephew, discovering new music, and both watching and playing sports.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for Children, Adolescents, and Adults
ART is a drug-free, non-hypnosis therapy that transcends modern therapeutic methods by treating adults, adolescents, and children with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, substance abuse, panic attacks, phobias, and more resulting in remarkable benefits in a much shorter timespan than traditional therapies. Trauma is often resolved in a singular session so that the triggers related to the issue are gone. Ongoing issues including substance abuse and anxiety disorders have cravings and urges and may require additional sessions.

INSURANCE BENEFITS:
Know what’s covered before you start
Most insurance plans offer coverage for therapy, which may significantly reduce your out-of-pocket expenses. With that said, benefits can vary depending on your specific plan and provider. To ensure you understand your coverage, Restoration Therapy, LLC recommends:
-
Reviewing your insurance policy
-
Contacting your insurance provider
-
Confirming which services are covered, as well as any copays, deductibles, or pre-authorization requirements
Restoration Therapy, LLC highly encourages you to verify your benefits prior to scheduling an appointment to avoid unexpected charges.
While Restoration Therapy, LLC is happy to assist with general insurance questions, it is ultimately your responsibility to understand your plan’s coverage and limitations.
OUT OF NETWORK BENEFITS:
You may qualify for reimbursement — here’s how.
Many insurance plans include out-of-network benefits that may help offset the cost of therapy. To determine your eligibility, we recommend reviewing your policy for out-of-network mental health coverage or contacting your insurance provider directly.
If you choose to use out-of-network benefits, you’ll be responsible for paying the full session fee at the time of service. Restoration Therapy, LLC will provide a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Reimbursement rates and processing times vary by plan, so it’s best to confirm the details with your insurer in advance.
